a decent stay overall

good location friendly staff breakfast variety small room no temperature control traffic noise

the location was good with easy access to nearby areas. the staff were friendly. breakfast had a sufficient variety of options including both hot and cold dishes.

the room size felt a little small especially with luggage. i couldn't control the room temperature. there was noise from nearby traffic at night.

plumbing noise stairwell access

The plumbing made so much noise during the day. i couldn't relax at all. There was constant banging. it was really disappointing because i needed rest after my flight. also, i had to carry my suitcase up many steps. there was no lift available and no one offered to help. it really strained my back.

Really good Experience

excellent location helpful staff

The location was excellent. St Stephen's Green was directly across from the hotel. Breakfast included many choices, and I thought the staff was very helpful. I appreciated the clean room and quiet atmosphere too. The hotel also provided convenient access to local attractions.

small room air conditioning unit

The room was too small, it felt quite cramped. the air conditioning unit outside my window made noise all night. Sleep was difficult. i also couldn't close the blinds because there wasn't a switch.
